We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity with a prominent manufacturing company for a newly established role. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-established account comprising of a dealer network of stores across Alberta. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with regional leadership, store managers, staff, and Contractor Sales to drive sales and promote a high-demand range of building products.
Our client boasts a remarkable leadership team, eager to provide support and share their extensive expertise with individuals aspiring to grow in outside sales and effective account management. This role reports directly to a Regional Sales Manager ensuring a seamless transition and continuous support for the incoming salesperson.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Visiting Alberta stores to promote products and boost sales through effective pull-through selling strategies.
- Conducting in-store demonstrations and educational sessions to enhance product knowledge among retail staff.
- Lifting requirement 25lbs.
- Performing down-stocking activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and Maintain contractor relationships, Supporting contractors with technical information and support.
Requirements and Compensation:
You will be offered a competitive compensation package for this role, including a Base salary, Commission/Bonus structure, Company Car, Gas card and necessary expenses.
While this position allows for remote work when not visiting customers, occasional travel to national sales meetings and trade-shows on an ad hoc basis will be required.
