As key member of the District's senior leadership team, you will report directly to the Superintendent of Schools. The specific portfolio assignment will include leadership of all aspects of human resources/labour relations, oversight of the district's Human Resources Department and, may also include responsibility for supervision of schools and their principals, designing professional learning opportunities, and working with staff to build capacity and improve student outcomes. This position requires a valid BC Teacher Certificate and a Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) designation will be considered a preferred asset. Commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate, the resulting position's senior staff title and accompanying compensation will be determined at the close of the process.
