Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Ensure accuracy in verifying goods in and out.
-
Maintain meticulous record-keeping and reconcile to documentation.
-
Follow up on picking slip shortages for outgoing orders.
-
Assist with inventory counts, reconciling overages and shortages.
-
Enter all receiving information into computer software.
-
Arrange freight pickups online.
-
Maintain a clean and efficient inventory area, organizing aisles and storage bins.

Conduct regular stock counts and collaborate with the team on counts.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
-
Eligible to work and reside in Canada.
-
Post-secondary education in shipping, document control, supply chain, or logistics is an asset.

Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping & receiving.
-
1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
-
Forklift operator experience.
-
Background in inventory control and management.
-
Strong computer skills.
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others and adapt to changes.
