We're on a mission to create a supporter-centric digital eco-system that is compelling, intuitive, unique, and ultimately inspires Canadians to join us on the mission to do more for more children.Do you care deeply about leveraging digital technology ethically to do purposeful work?The Digital Platform Manager will serve as the vital bridge between the Marketing and IT departments, leveraging deep technology understanding to drive marketing strategies and processes. This role is responsible for delivering and owning the web, messaging and automation platforms our marketers will use to achieve our business goals, enhancing customer engagement and optimizing digital marketing efforts. Collaborate closely with IT to evaluate, select, and implement marketing technology solutions and architectures that align with business goals. Work with marketing Product Owners and Agile Teams to deliver capabilities into the digital platforms which support their product development and manage the integration of marketing technologies with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts and customer experiences. Work with Legal and IT to ensure our data and security requirements are met and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in all marketing technology activities. Ensure the effective training and support of marketing team members on the effective use of marketing technologies and tools. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from marketing technologies, providing insights to guide marketing strategies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a marketing technology role, with a proven track record of successful technology implementation and utilization in marketing including modern website and marketing automation tools. Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including CRM, CMS, marketing automation, analytics, and digital advertising platforms. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for non-technical team members. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and priorities.
