Hybrid work - some on-site required Elicit and document requirements using document analysis, requirement workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis; Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding on how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements; Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language Actively participate in the Quality Assurance (QA) process. Minimum 5 years business analysis experience in elicitation and document of requirements using task and workflow analysis; Proven analytical skillsets to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements; and participation in the Quality Assurance (QA) process in a cloud-based or on-premise environment. Bachelor's degree in business, IT/Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized university/ institution or equivalent experience is desired; CBAP or PMI-PBA certification and Utility industry experience is considered an asset; SAFe , PMI-DASM, or CSM is considered an asset; Prosci CMP is considered an asset. #
