The Experience Management (EM) Senior is a member of the EY Canada Experience Management team supporting Consulting. The EM Senior provides functional support to the Consulting EM Leader/Sub Service Line (SSL) EM Leads.As an EM Senior, you will be responsible for; and capacity management supporting deployment; development of the Consulting client-serving professionals. Support Consulting EM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.Conduct skill and bio/CV searches that focuses on matching project need(s) with required skills, development opportunities and project risk.Assist with the creation/maintenance of accurate personnel and client project schedules.Proactively identify resources that will become availability in short term (i.e. next 2-3 weeks)Communicate regularly with Experience Management team on the status of staffing requirementsInvolved in ad hoc projects as required (i.e. task forces, reporting, process improvement committees, training manuals etc.)Identify ways to improve Experience Management processesParticipate in the orientation of new hires by providing an overview of the Experience Management function and operating modelHR) on Performance Management initiativesActively supports Experience Management enablers including Retain; and/or projectsMarket and/or Competency reporting including utilization performance; variance analysis; and capacity management analyticsCreate reports and pivot tables for deployment dataExperience staffing consulting roles/professionalsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsProficient in other Microsoft applicationsFlexible in adapting to constantly changing prioritiesProfessional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role.
