Are you excited to lead an affiliate program and have adirect impact on company growth? We're looking for an Affiliates and Partnerships Manager to join us atThinkific.

As an Affiliates andPartnerships Manager , you will be the go-to partnershipsexpert! You will flex your technical knowledge and directly overseeThinkific's affiliate and agency partnership programs. Reporting tothe Director of Performance Advertising, you'll bring new ideas to thetable and test innovative ways to scale our partnerships program. Thisincludes, but is not limited to: conducting audits, identifyingprocess improvements, reviewing landing pages (conversion rateoptimization), negotiating partner contracts, fraud detection, andimproving Thinkific's ranking on organic affiliate-owned pages.

Your goal will be to explore newopportunities, increase participation in current partnerships, enablepartners to achieve their first sale, and grow the affiliates program.Here's how you'll accomplish this:

  • Own thestrategy, growth, execution, and efficiency of the affiliate andpartner program
  • Stay current with industry trends andcompetitor activities to identify areas of market opportunity andprocedural improvement
  • Build and maintain valuablerelationships with our top-performing partners and work with them toimprove performance through custom campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data to evaluate channeleffectiveness and return on investment
  • Optimize our programinfrastructure and tools (ie: PartnerStack, Looker, Mixpanel, Stripe),providing basic technical support and investigating inquiries frompartners and internal team members
  • Outline annual andquarterly targets, and build detailed work plans to achieve consistentprogram growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing,Platform, Customer Support, and Customer Education) to ensure partnershave everything they need to be successful
  • Engage selectagencies to advance our partnership program through monthly campaigns,affiliate recruitment, and program enhancements (pay-to-play orupfront media buys)

The person wehave in mind likely:

  • Has 5+ years of affiliatesor partnership marketing experience for an established SaaS brand
  • Possesses deep knowledge and understanding of the SaaSmarketing industry and the nuances that go into building a compellingand successful partnerships program
  • Has previous experiencenurturing relationships with new and existing partners with thepurpose of activating, engaging, and growing program participation
  • Demonstrates a love for data and embraces a growthmindset—they are metrics driven and can draw insights through analysisof program data to build a strategy for growth
  • Has usedPartnerstack, ShareASale, Impact or similar platforms
  • Lovesto learn and grow. They've found (and keep looking for) ways to levelup their skills in this field, whether that's through formaleducation, gaining professional experience, or maybe even buildingtheir own business

These thingswould also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:

  • Has an established network of affiliate partnersthat could promote Thinkific
  • Holds a track record ofexperience running influencer marketing, referral marketing (referralloops), or strategic technology partnership initiatives
  • Hasan understanding of APIs, integrations for tracking sales, and partnerattribution.

The recruitmentcompensation range for this position is $107,000- $133,000 CAD
