We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a position based at our head office in Candiac, QC.

Salary : $45,000.00 to $48,000.00 per year
Work: Monday to Friday 8h-17h (Possibility of working in hybrid mode after training)
40h/ week

Your role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Leader, the advisor will act as a resource person to answer customers' questions regarding the technical aspect of the products, the various options and components, the feasibility of the product and possible suggestions to meet their needs.
Specific tasks:
Take calls from salespeople at the store;
Process quotations;
Advise customers on products;
Online support for our in-house software;
Analyze and diagnose problems;
Prepares after-sales service files for technicians;
Orders materials required for after-sales service;
Follows up files within established processing times;
Advises customers requiring support on the online platform;
Identifies recurring product problems and redirects information (photos, complaints, etc.) to the technical team.
You have :
Experience in customer service
Ability to analyze, work under pressure and manage emergencies
Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple files
Customer, quality and team oriented
Bilingualism (French; functional English)
