Project Managers will play a critical role in leading and managing projects, with a primary focus on commerce-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerce, a deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, and proficiency in JIRA. While not mandatory, experience with specific commerce platforms such as Shopify+, VTEX, SAP Commerce, or Spryker would be a valuable asset.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Project Initiation and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Agile Methodology: Implement and manage Agile delivery methodologies to ensure efficient project execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the project team.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned with project goals and progress. Provide regular status updates and reports as necessary.

Resource Management: Identify and allocate the appropriate resources (both internal and external) required for project success. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.

Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Regularly assess project risks and take action to minimize their impact on project timelines and objectives.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to verify that project outcomes meet expectations.

Commerce Experience: Demonstrated experience in commerce-related projects is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of e-commerce and its associated challenges.

Agile Delivery Methodology: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully managing Agile projects. Agile certifications are a plus.

JIRA: Strong knowledge and experience using JIRA for project management and issue tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PMP or other relevant project management certifications (preferred).
