- Annual Salary range: 67k to 73K
- Work Schedule: 8am to 4pm (or flexible 9-5)
- Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office (3 days from home)

Responsibilities
As the selected Executive Assistant in thye greater Montreal area, your Job Responsibilities will include:
• Manage VP's calendar by effectively scheduling and prioritizing meetings, while handling potential conflicts and monitoring upcoming deadlines;
• Prepare and compile documents, presentations and reports, inclusive of conducting limited research;
• Establish and maintain organized and confidential electronic /paper based filing systems to ensure information of all kinds is current and readily accessible;
• Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, exercising appropriate judgment and confidentiality;
• Prepare and format various types of outgoing correspondence;
• Coordinate travel arrangements;
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
• Other various duties, projects and executive support as needed.

Qualifications
As the selected Executive Assistant in the greater Montreal area, you must have the following qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior executive support role.
• Proficient in French and English (spoken and written);
• Related post-secondary education strongly preferred;
• Strong general computer skills with basic IT troubleshooting abilities;
• Strong MS office skills; inclusive of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential information;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers;
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and assignments at once, reprioritizing where necessary;
• Ability to address details and examine work carefully for accuracy and completion.
