Toronto / Remote - Canada, We are currently seeking a Senior BDR Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team supporting our qualifying team org. This role is available to candidates in Vancouver or Toronto or remotely in the US (for the right candidate). Your team is responsible for enabling qualifying team operational efficiencies and data-driven decision making, and promoting a world-class qualifying team organization. This role will be cross-functional with deep partnerships with many areas of the business: primarily Sales and additionally, Customer Success, Data Insights, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Business Operations. Lead and own strategic projects on the Revenue Operations roadmap that affect the qualifying team's performance and effectiveness. Partner/support with multiple business stakeholders (legal, finance, marketing, enablement) to roadmap and develop operational best practices. Manage SalesLoft and other tools and works hand in hand with the qualifying team Director to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of SDR and BDR teams - everything from fast responses to MQLs, cadence follow through and effective outbounding, work with enablement to ensure these teams are using optimal talk tracks, develop and track campaigns that managers should follow, etc. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our sales processes then define and scope requirements to solve for increased revenue, improved salesforce efficiency, and scaling our business effectively Optimize the configuration and adoption of our Sales Organization's tech stack (Gong, SalesLoft, and Chili Piper) and provide support for documentation and training. Consult with and report to executives on key performance and drive decisions by demonstrating solid business acumen and thought leadership. Proficient knowledge of SFDC objects and object relationships (Salesforce Admin certification is a bonus but not required)~ High proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel ~ Experience working with BI tools, analyzing data, and extracting insights. ~ Proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions where appropriate ~5+ years working experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning ~ SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, Outreach, Chorus We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture. The expected salary range* for similar roles within Clio is: $116,300 - $174,400 CAD.
