Job Title: Product Manager, Hardware Position Type: FTE - Permanent Location: 5 days onsite in the office in Montreal, QC, Canada Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $100-130K CAD base Job ID#: 135917 Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements): Lead the development of the consumer-focused product strategy, vision, and development plan supported by internal and external analysis. Qualifications Must have experience inconsumer-facing hardware product management experience Experience leading teams to deliver products/projects on tight deadlines for scaled hardware products; medical devices and/or IoT devices experiences an important asset. Strong user empathy and experience shaping direct-to-consumer product direction based on user needs. Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong ability to prioritize and manage backlogs and dependencies for cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners in manufacturing, software/firmware, design, and consumer research.
