  • Working knowledge of machine learning or LLM technologies including an understanding of prompt engineering techniques is a nice to have;
  • Strong problem solving abilities that shine when working in unknown environments;
  • A relentless hunger to learn and grow where you can work with the team, accept and provide strong feedback, look at failures as opportunities, and generally be curious inside and outside of your space;

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to forge trusted relationships in a distributed environment;
  • Demonstrated success in mentorship in software development, helping others grow around you;
  • A repertoire of terrible dad jokes that you have no qualms about sharing with the team;
  • A portfolio of past successful projects (as well as a collection of lessons learned from failed ones).

What you will be doing:

  • Working with a team of amazing developers, designers, and product managers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions to Clio customers;
  • Work in an agile-like environment helping and executing projects by helping to define their scope, break them down, plan, communicate and ship;
  • Collaborating within your own team and across the organization to gain and spread knowledge and solve problems;
  • Write and ship quality code, apply good design practices, and ensure good test coverage in a test-driven environment;
  • Review and provide feedback on code written by your peers, both from within your own team as well as across all of Clio;
  • Teach and learn from those around you - providing constructive feedback through Radical Candor, and taking on feedback to help you grow.
