They are currently in need of an Estimator to estimate industrial, commercial, and institutional projects in the GTA.
In this role you will be required to:- Prepare/review tender documents
- Prepare trade lists and invitations to bid
- Prepare full construction estimates
- Select Sub-trades
- Prepare, monitor, and update construction budgets
- Review and analyze submitted tenders
- Prepare contract documents
- Review trade contractor change orders
- Prepare trade contract final accounts
- Track Construction Project from start to finish
Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel and Project or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage your own workload
