Bilingual Customer success representative
Salary: 20$ hourly
Schedule: 8:00 to 16:00 or 9:00 to 17:00 // 40 Hours
Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays if required )
Work location: Brossard office

Job start date: As soon as possible
Contract : 2,5 months – till Mid of November
( possibility of extension )

Responsibilities
As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for the followings:

– Responding to calls and emails of the customers regarding their orders, their satisfaction and general questions about products.
– Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing valuable information and creating a memorable impression
– Proceeding Invoices and transactions.
– Managing client accounts
– Completing related tasks

Qualifications
In order to succeed as Bilingual Customer Service Representative, here's what you need:

– Fluently Bilingual French and English (spoken and written).
– Ability to identify solutions for customer complaints
– Handling of call volume, complaints and customer inquiries.
– Active listening, understanding client's needs.
– Customer service experience with products is an asset.
