about this team

This team sets the vision and strategy for how lululemon will show up around the globe as a running brand. We're expert strategists, collaborators, and advocates who partner with Regional, Channel, Creative, and Product teams to bring to life product and brand campaigns and run activations globally.

a day in the life

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the lululemon brand to consumers around the globe through various initiatives and campaigns, and across a variety of channels. You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross-functional and regional partners to develop and execute integrated global brand initiatives. You are the internal connector within the brand team and the go to person to initiate campaigns that deliver into the brand vision.

responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Brand Manager in creating briefs for assigned Global initiatives and driving campaign development process
  • Partner with Channel and Creative teams to create disruptive and innovative campaigns that meet the requirements of the brief and are applicable across respective regions
  • Quarterback pulling together campaign learnings and insights to apply to future campaigns – partner with Regional, Channel and Insights & Analytics teams to consolidate a POV on campaign performance efficacy
  • Responsible for creating the playbooks and guardrails to maintain a consistent voice across all brand drivers that is both locally relevant, reflective of the positioning and lives into the lululemon brand
  • Maintain calendar for global guest-facing initiatives, manage budget for all relevant initiatives/campaigns, and manage and track global platform brand objectives and KPIs

  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience
  • Global experience, behaviour and mindset
  • Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
  • Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
  • Excellent presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $81,500-107,00- CADannually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
