For full-time employees: The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the bookings for Canadian purchase orders and performing administrative tasks to support the Import Logistics Department. Work closely with the nominated freight forwarder to approve corporate order bookings received from overseas; Utilize La Vie en Rose's ERP to optimize shipping and transportation procedures by running daily reports to follow up the transit of merchandise with suppliers and freight forwarder; Data entry within computer systems of information that cannot be transmitted via EDI to ensure the systems are accurate and up to date; Verify, request corrections and approve various document types (commercial, invoices for payment, freight invoices, B3s and others); Daily follow ups with freight forwarder, suppliers and partners by email/phone; Support the Import Logistics team by performing various administrative tasks.
