The role partners with the Sales Operations and Underwriting teams and guides the agile teams to maximize the value delivered by related investments (e.g., CX, process redesign, digital technology) and deliver on the objectives of the Sales Operations function. The Digitization Product Management function is emerging at HEB and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and define it in partnership with other Digitization Product Managers and the VP Business and Digital Transformation.
