Cofina is looking for a Director to lead and support a team of analysts and resources (internal and external) in the design, implementation and support of corporate applications. The individual will ensure that the IT initiatives portfolio has been prioritized and is aligned with the company's strategies, goals and objectives in the area of financial (ERP), HR and administrative applications. The person will also be responsible for the direct management of strategic initiatives in their field to ensure successful delivery of the projects under their responsibility. Responsibilities : Operations and day-to-day management: Manages all solutions necessary for the corporate administration of the company with a clear roadmap for improvement and the appropriate level of support (including but not limited to the following solutions; Great Plains, Business Central Ceridian, etc… Participates in the development of the sector's annual budget and ensures compliance; Addresses production application issues quickly and accurately to minimize business disruption; Develops the deployment plan for application improvements Provide guidance for resolving cross-functional delivery issues, integrating with other delivery teams, including IT help desk teams Relationship and collaboration: Manages business relationships with the owners of corporate applications and with these internal clients (finance, HR, OHS) Supervises the work of the team, determines individual expectations and objectives as well as performance criteria and evaluates the achievement of these; Ensure compliance with the level of service offered by your team and make the necessary improvements when required; Support management in the execution of corporate mandates (representation, accountability and decision support) Requirements : Bachelor's degree in commerce, information systems or equivalent; advanced degree desirable Minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience including five (5) years in a personnel management position Excellent ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across the organization. Expertise and previous experience in mobilizing external partners are also required: the successful candidate will work closely with external partners supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement efforts of the applications under their responsibility. Strong experience in cross-functional business processes Demonstrated ability to translate/communicate complex concepts to peers and business partners The ability to expertly convey information in non-technical terms with professionalism and confidence Competent in all phases of the project life cycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal communication skills with clear and articulate speech as well as written communication skills Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize and control activities Experience training and mentoring others Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment A high degree of leadership and professionalism characteristics #J-18808-Ljbffr
