Job details – Location – Three Hills, AB T0M 2A0

Salary – 28.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment – Permanent employment (Full time) Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Shift, Weekend

Start date – Starts as soon as possible

Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience – 1 year to less than 2 years

Work setting – Rural area

Tasks

· Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

· Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

· Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

· Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

· Resolve conflict situations

· Oversee payroll administration

· Plan and control budget and expenditures
