Tower Staffing Inc. represents a highly successful and continuously expanding family of companies in Pre-Engineered Steel Building Industry from sales, fabrication, engineering & construction. Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our diverse market.
- We provide warm lead clients that are interested in our product; no cold calling required.
- Responsible for direct sales activity
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strong rapport with customers.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes based on client needs.
- Use product knowledge to educate and assist customers through the process.
- Expand your database of prospects across Canada.
- Work with Sales Management to define and develop new opportunities to increase sales and close business.
- Use CRM (HubSpot) to track all individual sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and personal goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Sales representative with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in high-level sales
- Aggressively close sales on a regular basis
- Inside B2C or B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Must be an outgoing salesperson who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge in Steel Building sales preferred
- Self-motivated, goal driven
- Maintain professional and positive manner.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Bilingualism is an asset (French)
- Planning and strategizing
- Persuasiveness/resiliency/Adaptability are traits that are well suited for this position.
- Verbal and written communication skills a must
- Attention to detail with data input accuracy is critical.
