Centrally located in Markham ON, we employ talented individuals who are looking for an opportunity to grow and push the envelope. We are actively seeking a qualified full-time Inside Sales Representative. If you are a dedicated team player and believe you have something to contribute, please inquire within. Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand our diverse market.
  • We provide warm lead clients that are interested in our product; no cold calling required.
  • Responsible for direct sales activity
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strong rapport with customers.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes based on client needs.
  • Use product knowledge to educate and assist customers through the process.
  • Expand your database of prospects across Canada.
  • Work with Sales Management to define and develop new opportunities to increase sales and close business.
  • Use CRM (HubSpot) to track all individual sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and personal goals.
  • design Pre-Engineered buildings on MBS Program

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A Sales representative with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in high-level sales
  • Aggressively close sales on a regular basis
  • Inside B2C or B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Must be an outgoing salesperson who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge in Steel Building sales preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal driven
  • Maintain professional and positive manner.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). Bilingualism is an asset (French)
  • Planning and strategizing
  • Persuasiveness/resiliency/Adaptability are traits that are well suited for this position.
  • Verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Attention to detail with data input accuracy is critical.

Full Time – In Office

Monday – Friday 9:00amAM – 5:00PM

Compensation: Competitive Base Pay ($50,000.00)+ Commission OR Full Commission

OTE: $70,000.00- $150,000.00
