Manage & drive OSATs delivery performance & inventory /WIP status. Work with OSATs support Renesas business requirement/expectation. Manage assembly & test subcons performance. Negotiate sufficient subcon capacity allocation to meet BU forecast revenue ship plan. Escalate for help when require. Preferable with supply chain planning experience with semiconductor manufacturing background. Be agile in respond to change in timely manner.
