Role: Avionics and Electrical Sr. Liaison Systems Engineer

In this role, you will:

  1. Support Business Aircraft Operations teams in their daily functions by understanding and resolving aircraft avionic and electrical issues.
  2. Resolve problems and answer technical questions through NCR (Non-Conformity Report) raised by Quality Agents.
  3. Suggest corrective actions to engineering/FTP (Functional Test Procedure) document changes, in line with achieving excellence objectives.
  4. Ensure adherence to MRB (Material Review Board), quality, and engineering procedures.
  5. Work in close cooperation with other engineering disciplines such as Hydro-mechanical Systems, Thermodynamics, Stress, Power-Plant, ECS, etc.
  6. Collaborate closely with disciplines such as quality, logistics, and methods.
  7. Thrive in a high-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate:

  • Holds an Electrical engineering bachelor's degree and at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of all facets of avionics and electrical system definition, integration, and certification, along with aircraft systems and interfaces.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental aerospace domains, including EMIC, aircraft aerodynamics, control systems, and interior cabin systems.
  • Is familiar with FAR25 regulations, OEM certification, supplier design documentation, and STC principles.
  • Has a strong understanding of EWIS requirements and MRB experience.
  • Has proficiency in using Teamcenter, SAP, and MS Office.
  • Is bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Must work well with minimum supervision, be a team player, and maintain a "can-do" mindset.
  • Demonstrates initiative, proactive problem-solving, commitment, structured planning, and sound technical judgment.
