On Side Restoration is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Territory Manager, Operations Managers oversee our branch operations locations throughout the country.

The Operations Manager is all about managing and leading people. Their people focus is all encompassing and will result in the ultimate success of the local operations, territory, company, and position. Overseeing all operations personnel, the Operations Manager must have superior knowledge of operations management and the ability to build superior relationships with key stake holders. Responsible for building teams the Operations Manager ensures the ops team is up to date on all health and safety standards, able to meet key KPI's and work as a unified team.

What you Bring to the Team

  • 3 years+ of related work experience, leading a large front-line operations team
  • Bachelor's degree in business (or relevant field) and construction or restoration knowledge is preferred
  • A proactive, results driven, highly skilled business professional with proven record for meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
  • A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Leadership experience with an ability to lead, motivate, challenge and influence with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Well organized and great attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Working knowledge of building codes
