Tasks:
  1. Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  2. Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products
  3. Pick orders and stock
  4. Pack and unpack goods
  5. Organize and maintain inventory
  6. Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
  7. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  8. Provide advice about merchandise
  9. Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
  10. Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease
  11. Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts and accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment
  12. Maintain sales records for inventory control
  13. Assist in display of merchandise
