• Assist the site manager in the operations of the establishment.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from current and potential customers.

• Perform general routine cleaning of the property and minor repair work.
• Ensure all unoccupied storage units are clean, dry, secure and available for new customers.

• A valid driver's license along with the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• This work involves moderate risks or risks of illness which require special safety measures, e.g. ex. work around moving parts or
• machinery, fumes or irritating chemicals. We may therefore require the wearing of personal protective clothing or equipment such as
