We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with CNC machines, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Pay Rate: $38-$50 / hourly (Depending on experience)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on new and used machines
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with CNC equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines
- Collaborate with customers to provide technical support and training
- Keep accurate records of service activities and machine performance
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology
WHAT YOU'LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:
- You must be able to commute to the jobsite in Leduc, AB
- Must be fluent and proficient in the English language
- Must be 18+ and legally able to work in Canada
- Mechanical/Millwright experience and knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic systems
- Electronic experience. The ability to diagnose electrical issues using meters, scopes, and control diagnostics functions.
- Previous experience as a CNC service technician or a similar role
- Knowledge of CNC programming and operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to quality service
- Work with our sales team to provide updates on projects.
- Travel may be required.
