• You are customer-service-oriented, have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology-rich environment.
• Working with your IT department colleagues, you will be supporting end-user computing environments, devices, applications, and local area networks.
• You will assist users with their information technology needs, deploy and support computer systems, and help with planning and improving technology support and security procedures.
• Your qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years post-secondary education in a computer-related field, 3+ years of experience supporting a range of IT systems in a Microsoft-based network, and strong organizational and communication skills.
• You have a valid BC Driver's license.

Wage: $32.88 per hour
