My client in the Logistics industry has a Branch manager position available in the Kikmberley area.

Duties & Responsibilities

Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.

• Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.

• Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team

• Develop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer
• Carry out People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety processes, among others

• Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)
• Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the client

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree in Logistics and supply chain management

Qualification or Degree in Management

5 - 10 years in a management role

5 - 10 years in the Logistics industry
