Responsibilities:

-Manage & be responsible for schedules & shifts
-Hiring and training front of house staff
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
-Train staff to maintain service and quality
-Be responsable for the front of house staff & their performance
-Payroll & Staff budget management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred
-Leadership role in a team environment in the service industry
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food and beverages
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
