Bonivital Soccer Club (BVSC) is seeking a qualified individual for the position of part time (20-25 hours a week) Club Coordinator. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Club Coordinator is responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the experience of our members

Responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns about programs, and registrations

Answering phone calls and emails professionally

Creating rosters, assigning membership, programming registrations and more through our online registration system

Processing online credit card and point of sale transactions

Working independently as well as on a team

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree or equivalent in marketing, business or public administration or in another business-related vocation from an accredited post-secondary institution

Experience with working in a non-profit volunteer-led organization

Experience with sport administration, preferably youth sport

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong conflict resolution skills

Experience with coaching an asset

A high level of computer literacy with extensive experience working with online registration and payment processing systems

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Must have current Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry clearances

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Posting – Phase Managers U9-12 Developmental

Bonivital Soccer Club (BVSC) is seeking qualified individuals for the positions (2) of part-time Phase Managers. Reporting to the Technical Lead Developmental, the Phase Manager is responsible for:

Providing support to Technical Staff, Coaches, Players

Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to coaches working within the U9-U12 age group, assisting them in implementing effective coaching techniques and methodologies that align with the club's developmental objectives

Attending Developmental Pooled Sessions

Attending individual team training sessions, and games

Working evenings and weekends as required

Working at least 5 hours per week during season

Working independently as well as on a team

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience coaching U9-12 soccer players, planning and leading sessions

Experience with working in a non-profit volunteer-led organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong conflict resolution skills

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Must have current Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry clearances, along with Respect in Sport

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
