Plan and manage the distribution of products or services to various channels, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals. Develop and manage the sales and distribution budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve optimal results. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance business growth. Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure coordination and alignment of sales and distribution activities with overall business strategies.
