Job Description

Answering phones, gives information to callers

Entering pick ups, local dispatch

Updating spreadsheets

Tracing of freight, calling customers with exceptions

Maintain cash collect account

OS&D

Load and unload customers with forklift as required

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Well organized and detail oriented

Proficient computer and typing skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Good communication skills
