Job responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, and calculate requirements Prepare layouts in accordance to building codes, using tools Measure, cut, shape and join materials made of woodlightweight steel and other materials Build foundations Lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs and moulding Maintain, repair and renovate residences May prepare cost estimates for clients. Job Requirements: Completion of Secondary School At least 2-3 years of related work experience or 3-4 years of apprenticeship program Job Terms: Wage: $31.00 per hour Job Location: Based out of 14638 Southview Dr Surrey BC V3S 1A4 and Various Locations Across the Lower Mainland Hours: 40 hours per week.
