Who You Are:
possess 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor on a restaurant, retail, commercial and industrial new building construction and site development.
don't mind swinging a hammer or working the drill.
maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
prepare schedules, work progress, production and other reports
conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
coordinate trades and materials scheduling with PM
monitor progress on site, maintain constant contact with PM to keep schedule on track
track & resolve deficiencies in a timely manner which may require perform handyman services to ensure minor repairs and deficiencies are resolved
