We service customers in a variety of industries: Marine, Forestry, Mining, Material Handling, Original Equipment Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Production facilities. We are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator/Hydraulic Technical Assistant for our Leduc branch. This is a significant opportunity for the right person. If you have a strong background in hydraulics, like to work smart and have a passion for making a difference we would like to hear from you.
Position Responsibilities
Work with Sales and Service departments to provide service coordination and hydraulic technical assistance for:
Service shop component repairs and projects
Specific customer projects
Component sourcing based on system requirements
Electro-hydraulic control systems
Hydraulic and electric schematics
Perform component failure analyses and recommend corrective measures
Perform fluid analyses and recommend corrective measures
Troubleshoot system failures / underperformances
Provide technical support for inside and outside sales force
Project coordination from inception to completion for large and small projects
Customer interactions and promote our business
Preparing service/project quotes and following up with customers
Pricing and lead time requests from vendors
Qualifications and Experience:
CET qualification required or specific technical hydraulics experience
3-5 years of specific hydraulics experience is preferred
Knowledge of mining, forestry, agricultural and oil and gas industries is beneficial
Valid drivers' license
Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modelling
