Wide Range Transportation Group is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician that will support our growing company. This position will include help desk support and ERP system maintenance. We are looking for a self-starter who can work well on their own and within a team. You are detail oriented and enjoy working with people. You must have good listening communications and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Supporting employees with programming / IT related issues

Resolving programming / database issues

Using company ticket system

Updating company ERP system

Requirements:

Related Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience

Ability to coordinate requests from employees / and assigned tasks

Working experience with PHP

Experience with JavaScript / jQuery , Ajax, HTML and CSS

Ability to create MySQL queries

Nice to have Skills:

Experience using a revision control system

Experience with complex SQL queries

Knowledge of the Transportation Industry

Experience working with ERP systems
