Our OE client is busy. They are recruiting for a Production Supervisor for their Day shift . Reporting to the Plant Manager you will lead, mentor and supervisor a team. Practical experience using and implementing Continuous Improvement or Lean initiatives required. You are computer literate , have some post secondary education, 2+ years supervising in a manufacturing facility, have worked with KPI's coupled with excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
