Ensure all parties are familiar with the terms and conditions of the contracts. Ensure deadlines are met. Prepare progress reports. Create and maintain electronic records or contracts, suppliers, clients, etc. Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or make recommendations. Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
