What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop full stack code, implement unit and automation test suites, and conduct code reviews
- Contribute to tech stack enhancements for adoption of A/B testing
- Have full ownership of Growth projects, including crafting technical specs, writing readable and extensible code, and keeping tabs on post-release metrics
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to implement experiments that help understand customers and drive business
- Analyze experiment outcomes for actionable business insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years software engineering experience in both front and backend development
- Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, React, REST/GraphQL and Python
- Ability to build scalable and highly performant applications
- Growth mindset and ability to work with remote teams
- Enthusiasm for code reviews, collaboration, and mentorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
