The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and under budget
Support the development of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external participants
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress including resource requirements. Communicate progress on a regular basis to all participants
Manage changes to the project scope, schedules and budgets obtaining appropriate approvals as required. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Measure project performance using appropriate tools including: Microsoft Project, Open Issue Matrix, Excel and various finance tools
Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Liaise with engineering to develop scope detail, schedules, internal and job site contingencies
Support and maintain relationships with the customer and third parties/vendors
Meet with clients to clarify specifications and define requirements of each project
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Ensure that correct resources are coordinated for the installations including: personnel, equipment, rentals, hotels and other tools as required
Ensure that personnel have the required training/certification for the project
Liaise with shipping department to guarantee that all materials are delivered to job site on time
Plan provision of all required tools, rentals, etc. as required and coordinate with customer as appropriate
Identify and address quality issues and shop-to-site, company-to-customer, and design-to-performance problems
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Must be able to travel freely to the United States.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
Strong communication skills
Experience working with a team
