Maintenance - Cleaner Position

Pay: $19/hr

Shift: 7am - 3.30pm

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintainence/Cleaner to join one of our manufacturing client in Mississauga.

Duties:
Performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
Handling basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
Conducting electrical repairs such as replacing outlets and light fixtures.
Carpentry work including installing shelves, cabinets, and repairing furniture.
Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Installing or repairing flooring such as tiles, laminate, or hardwood.
Repairing or replacing doors and windows.
Outdoor maintenance tasks like mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and cleaning gutters.
Cleaning and maintaining the facility.
Responding to emergency repair requests promptly.
Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Pay: $19.00 per hour
