What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement underwriting strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide leadership to the Underwriting Team
- Represent the company with external insurance carriers
- Ensure compliance and quality control in underwriting processes
- Collaborate with various departments for holistic risk management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of commercial insurance experience
- 10+ years of commercial portfolio underwriting experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Subject matter expertise in CGL, Professional Liability, or Commercial Property

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, FCIP certifications are an asset
- Experience as a licensed commercial broker
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or similar office tools
