Our client, in Niagara on the Lake is seeking a Accounting Clerk to join their team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be part of the Shipping/Receiving Department supporting the Business Team.
Job Title: Accounting Clerk/Customer Service
Location: Niagara on the Lake
Pay Range: $20 - 25
What's the Job?
- Process all forms of payables including invoices, cheque requisitions, credit notes, expense reports, and advances
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Enter invoices into SAGE and/or QuickBooks systems
What's Needed?
- 1 year previous experience using SAGE/Quickbooks
- Knowledge of Accounting rules and procedures
- Strong Administrative experience, comfortable answering phone inquiries
- Quick resolution skills and ability to learn quickly
