Ocean Walk Medical Centre, a busy medical office located in Vancouver, BC is looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide office support in a fast-paced medical office setting. Responsibilities Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner. Collaborate with other staff members to streamline patient care and ensure that all necessary procedures are completed. Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software as instructed. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information. General clerical duties: filing, faxing, answering phone calls taking messages, etc. Order supplies and maintain inventory Support the medical assistant administrators with the day-to-day operation as requested.
