Teacher Interview Day - April 19

Jimmy Sandy Memorial School (Naskapi School of Kawawachikamach) will be hosting an online preliminary interview day on April 19. Those who are successful and who align with our staffing needs will receive invitations for a final in-person interview in Kawawachikamach on May 25th. Last year, we invited ten candidates and extended eight job offers, all of which were accepted except one. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to connect with current teachers and take a tour of the town, including our housing facilities, and local amenities such as grocery stores. Please advise the school will cover all travel expenses, and that there are no obligations attached.
