Carry out feasibility assessments, economic evaluations, traffic analyses at municipal and regional levels, environmental assessments, and other relevant inquiries. 2. Collaborate with clients and colleagues within the engineering team, conducting research to ascertain project needs. 3. Establish and oversee timetables for construction activities. 4. Analyze, assess, and authorize survey and civil design tasks. 5. Strategize and draft plans for significant civil undertakings such as infrastructure, transportation systems, and structural constructions. 6. Draft contract documentation and assess construction project bids. 7. Manage technicians, technologists, and fellow engineers, overseeing designs, calculations, and cost estimations.
