Our client located in Waterloo is a luxury automotive retailer. They are looking for a Service Advisors.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times.
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day to update customers.
Keep track of work performed with accurate records.
Prepare quotes and estimates of work cost.
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
Recommend preventative maintenance services.
Source parts required for authorised work orders.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing year over year profits while maintaining leading CSI scores.
Mechanical experience: 1-2 years.
Inspecting vehicles and identifying faults in person and over the phone.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers.
Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per hour
