We are actively searching for a marketing coordinator to assist the companys marketing effort. Job Summary This is a full-time, permanent position. As the marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving marketing activities in local and GTA areas. Your responsibilities include the following: Initiate market research, analyse market trend data and conclude findings to support the creation of marketing strategy Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for traditional or digital media Drive brand awareness among target market & customers, drive in-bound queries Manage & coordinate online promotion events for target markets: Paid Media, SEM, SEO, social media channel, website and offline activities (flyers, local media planning & buying) Collaborate with local partners in designated markets to conduct joint promotional events Generate reports and present to management team to align follow-up actions Prepare regular report to management to review marketing and business performance Job Requirements College degree in marketing/communication/business preferred. Equivalent experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 1+ years of experience leading marketing activities across offline and online marketing channels, deep understanding of business operation and the combination of marketing and business is a big plus. Familiar with Canadian real estate market Team player, ability to work with internal & external stakeholders to execute marketing activities Communicator with strong presentation skill Salary: 30 - 38 / hr with annual bonus related to company's business performance.
