Work location: 1155 Leslie St, North York, Ontario M3C 2J6 Title of position: Network Administrator Terms of employment: Full-time, year-round work Job Duties: Monitor and maintain network performance and troubleshoot network outages. Contribute to the documentation of network processes, systems and configuration. Support the configuration, installation and testing of equipment. Perform daily network health checks, address issues and document results. Use proprietary and industry standard and security monitoring and analysis tools as required to optimize server performance. Open, track and close incident tickets Detect& identify network intrusions, including security patches evaluation & installation. Liaise with 3rd party vendors on software and hardware. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Perform other related duties as required. Skills Requirement and Experience: Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web Technology or a related field is required. Experience in a similar position is preferred. Good command of the English language and customer service skills. Wages: $ 31.25/hr for 31 hrs per week.
